In this letter, addressed to the UNESCO General Director Federico Mayor, Alain Daniélou claims the importance of the disc of Tibetan religious music recorded in India in 1973 with the precious participation of the monks belonging to Dalai Lama's entourage. Here Daniélou underlines the importance of the UNESCO's aim to protect, despite any contemporary political division or problem, the musical art.
